Positive: The location is undeniably good, offering a majestic view of the river Ganga. However, there is no free space within the property to walk or stroll. Even access to the garden is inconvenient, requiring a combination of three lifts and a long walk around.
Negative: We arrived at the hotel after clearly informing the property manager that my father is 84 years old. Despite this, they allocated us a room that could only be accessed via steep staircases—at a premium price. The room itself was just okay, but certainly not worth the high rate they charged. This stay did not meet our expectations, especially in terms of accessibility and value for money. (Pictures attached.)
Summary: Great location with a majestic Ganga view, but poor accessibility, no space to stroll, and overpriced for what’s offered
